Q: Do you have a minimum order value ? Is there a charge for shipping?
A: There is NO MINIMUM order value. However, we do charge $5.00 for shipping in North America and $10.00 for shipping outside of North America. (Customs fees/duties charged by your country are the responsibilitry of the recipient).
Q: Are your prices in Cananian or US Dollars?
A: Our prices are in CANADIAN DOLLARS.
Q: How soon after receipt of orders do you ship? ...and by what method?
A: Your orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped within 1 to 3 days of processing.
In Canada orders are shipped by Canada Post Expidited Parcel (1 to 2 days to most major centres). Outside of Canada orders are sent by Canada Post SMALL PACKET AIR.
Q: Are there Taxes added to my order?
A: In Canada GST (only) is added to the order. Outside of Canada there are NO TAXES added.
Q: Are your oils pure ? Where do they come from?
A: Our oils are 100% Pure, Natural Source. They are produced in various parts of the world where the climate is conducive to the growth of the plant in question, eg Eucalyptus from China; Tea Tree from Australia; Pine from Austria etc.
Q: In addition to the Internet, are your products sold in any retail stores?
A: Our products are sold in all 20 Calgary Co-Op food stores; over 20 Calgary Shoppers Drug Mart stores; all 20 Calgary Super Drug Mart stores; and many leading Pharmacies in Southern Alberta.
Q: Who formulated your products?
A: Our products were formulated by our founder, Mr Lloyd Barran, a practicing Pharmacist with extensive training and expertise in Aromatherapy.
Q: For how long have your products been in the market place?
A: Our products have been in the market in the Philippines since 1996 and in Canada since 1997.
Q: Are your products advertised anywhere in the media?
A: We have done extensive Radio Advertising (AM 106 ) in 2003 and 2004 as well as several live talk shows on the same radio station. We have just embarked (May 2005) on a 12 month TV ad campain with
CFCN TV.
Q:Which are your top 3 selling products?
A: The top 3 selling items are Cold Sore Relief , Joint & Muscle Relief and Lavender Essential Oil.
Q: Do you warrant that your products will work?
A: Absolutely! If you are not happy with any of our products for any reason whatsoever please return the unused portion for a full refund.
Q: What preservative, if any, do you use in your products?
A: Our products contain no preservatives. They are protected by the anti-oxidant, Vitamin E.
